Orders & Payments

What are the payment options?
We offer safe and secure credit, debit, and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders. PayPal is also an option for international orders. In addition, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across India.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services? 
Yes, we do offer COD services for orders within India.

I have placed my order. How long will it take to reach me?
We typically take 2-4 days to dispatch the parcel once the order has been placed. You will also receive an e-mail update with your tracking ID once your order has been dispatched.
In case of custom orders, please allow us a time of 5-6 days to dispatch your order.
Post-dispatch delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We’ll try! As long as your order hasn’t been processed for dispatch, we should be able to cancel or change it. Please contact us at hello@mikololo.com or +918104812183 to see if your order is eligible for cancellation or change.
Also, we will not be able to cancel any custom orders.

Shipping

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we do!

Do you have a shipping fee?
Na-ah, we provide FREE SHIPPING to all corners of India, for all orders above Rs. 1000.

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we currently ship to USA, UK and Europe. (If you want shipping to any other country, please write to us at hello@mikololo.com or +91 8104812183)
Please note shipping, custom fees and duties will be borne by the customer. 

Miscellaneous

My child did not like the outfit I purchased. Can I return it?
Oops! We put in a lot of love and care in each of our pieces, and this breaks our heart. But we get it, children can be quite adamant in their choices. We do not provide a refund on any product sold. However, you can exchange the garment for another one from our collections, with your child’s consent, or return it for a credit note of the purchase value. Please read the exchange & return policy for more details.

Do you customise?
Yes, we would love to make the perfect outfit for your little one. We charge a nominal fee of Rs. 400 for custom orders. Get in touch with us at hello@mikololo.com or +918104812183 and we’ll work on it together.

Do you have a store? 
We currently do not have a store. However, you can get in touch with us to book an appointment to come see the Miko Lolo World (and have your little ones try out their favourite pieces before purchase!)

What is your wholesale policy? 
If you would like to showcase Miko Lolo garments as part of your retail store, or would like to make a bulk purchase, please contact us at business@mikololo.com or +91 9082685421.

Is your website secure? 
Yes. On any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication.

How do I care for my Miko Lolo garment? 
Each garment at Miko Lolo is hand-made with utmost love and care, for the planet, for your child, and their future. Caring for Miko Lolo’s organic garments is super easy. It’s a basic 3 step process:
1. Hand or machine wash gently, with a mild detergent. Do not scrub. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
2. Dry them in shade.
3. Iron on medium.
Organic cotton only gets softer with wash and use, so let your child wear their Miko Lolo garments as much as they wish!
