Exchange & Returns

At Miko Lolo we understand the few perils that come with shopping online, which is why we follow an easy return/exchange process. We definitely do not want you to be disappointed with your purchase! Let us know your reasons for return and/or exchange within 5 days of receiving the order. Contact us at hello@mikololo.com or 📞+918104812183 to initiate the return/exchange process.

As a company policy, we do not provide a refund on any product sold. However, you can exchange the product for another one from our collections, or return it for a credit note of the purchase value. The credit note is valid for a period of 90 days.

The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. We will be unable to exchange or accept returns of laundered or otherwise damaged goods, as well as goods missing all original packaging. Please place the unused, unwashed garments in the original packaging, along with all papers and tags and send it to us at this address:

We do not currently cover the cost of return shipping. We will however, cover the cost of delivering the replacement item to you.

If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time. 
Pieces bought on sale, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Hygiene products (face masks) cannot be returned or exchanged.
