What is upcycling? Creative reuse.
Upcycling is the process of using conventionally 'useless' materials to make new products of better quality. During the process of cutting fabric to make your Miko Lolo garments, we try to minimise our waste as much as possible. However, we cannot entirely eliminate the same. Instead of throwing our 'chindis' in the trash (and adding to the ever increasing waste produced by the textile industry), we choose to upcycle the leftover fabrics to make something fun, something for everyone.
