At Miko Lolo we understand the few perils that come with shopping online, which is why we follow an easy return/exchange process. We definitely do not want you to be disappointed with your purchase! As a company policy, we do not provide a refund on any product sold. However, you can exchange the product for another one from our collections, or return it for a credit note of the purchase value. The credit note is valid for a period of 90 days.
The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. We will be unable to exchange or accept returns of laundered or otherwise damaged goods, as well as goods missing all original packaging. Please place the unused, unwashed garments in the original packaging, along with all papers and tags and send it to us at this address:
